The RC Show returned March 8th taking place for the first time at a new and larger venue; this time taking place over 3 days at The International Centre in Missussauga.
Titled “INTO THE BEYOND”, this is Canada’s premier food service and hospitality trade event to support local employees and initiatives for the future of hospitality.
It took planning to partocipate in activities using 6 stages with an hourly guest Learning Zone Speaker Series and many culinary presentations throughout the show span.
Day 1 concluded with an invitation event called The Chefs’ Exchange. At this time several chefs and culinary students were recognized in a celebration concluding the opening day as a way to explore and connect refining the restaurant experience.
